When visiting our website www.legaljob.ch, the browser used on your device will automatically send information to our website’s server. This information will temporarily be safed in a so-called logfile. The following data will be collected and stored, without any action on your part, until the time of automatic deletion:

The data processing to establish a contact with us according to Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR will incur on the basis of your voluntary consent. After completion of your request, the collected personal data will be automatically deleted.

On our website, we are using cookies, i.e., small files that are automatically being created by your browser and that will be saved on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies will not cause any harm on your device and do not contain any viruses, trojans or similar malware.

Tracking Tools: The tracking tools mentioned hereunder and used by us are being conducted on the basis of Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking tools used, we intend to ensure a needs-based design and ongoing optimisation of our website. In addition, we are using tracking tools to statistically analyse the use of our website and to evaluate said use for the purpose of optimizing our offer. Thus, we have legitimate interests as mentioned above. The respective purposes of data processing and data categories are set out in the respective tracking tools.
Google Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics.
6.7. Rights of Persons Affected
You are entitled:
to demand information about your personal data processed by us according to gemäss Art. 15 GDPR.
